Adecco Vietnam is now looking for an Office Admin for our client, a global fashion business which is available in 90 countries worldwide through 3,300 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing

B. JOB DESCRIPTION  

- Stationery order, control the inventory and fill in monthly

- Control taxi card, monthly payment, issue related to taxi

- Red invoice payment :

  • Check all expenses related to office 
  • Submit on system for FIN checking payment
  • Pass docs and record in budget file

-Work fixed related to office such as: fix meeting room, lighting, wall, water bump..etc contact ADP get quotation and confirm by ADM before start working. 

- Coordinate with team to organize the sample sale event

- Receive request, contact agency, collect docs and follow up later on to get visa

- Travel supporting: air ticket, hotel, transportation…

- Vendor set up, phone card credit management

WORKING LOCATION: Pham Ngoc Thach, District 1, HCMC

C. REQUIREMENTS:   

- At least 02 year experience in the same position

- Proficiency in English (especially communication skill).

- Good at MS Office.

- Dynamic, detail – oriented, high responsibility, patient.

- Can work independently as well as in team.

- Good at Time Management and Planning, Negotiation skills, Verbal Communication skill.
