2. Overview

We are looking for a Game Data & Monetization Intern to join our team and support the analysis and optimization of in-game revenue performance.

This is a data-driven role, focusing on working with game metrics, player behavior, and monetization data to support business and product decisions. You will have hands-on exposure to real game data and learn how data, logic, and business thinking come together in the mobile game industry.

This position is ideal for students with strong logical thinking and an interest in data analysis who want to apply their skills in a game, product, and business context — not a pure coding role.

 

3. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze game performance and monetization data.
• Support the analysis and optimization of in-game advertising performance.
• Build reports and dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets to track key metrics.
• Research monetization models, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Assist in A/B testing and evaluation of monetization features or offers.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Support coordination with partners in monitoring advertising or business initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve player experience while increasing game revenue.

 

4. Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in IT, Data, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking skills.
• Interest in data analysis, game performance metrics, or monetization systems.
• Ability to work carefully with numbers and data.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good English reading and communication skills.
