GIỚI THIỆU CÔNG TY

The Mastering Tech Program is a 12-week, hands-on engineering experience designed for graduates who want to grow into confident Python Developers or Full-Stack Developers.

English will be used throughout the company and across all projects. Rookies will naturally build practical English proficiency by using technical terms, discussing tasks, and collaborating in English every day.

Rookies join real engineering teams from the first day. They contribute to active projects, follow professional workflows, and learn directly from experienced developers through practical work and continuous feedback. Participants experience real sprint cycles, code reviews, team ceremonies, and production-level processes that prepare them for long-term careers in software engineering.

Program Highlights
  • 12 weeks of practical engineering experience

  • Learning based on real project work rather than classroom lessons

  • Two training tracks: Python Development and Full-Stack Development

  • Continuous guidance from experienced mentors

  • Weekly progress reviews and structured evaluations

  • Final presentation of individual project contributions

  • Daily use of English in communication, documentation, and collaboration

What You Will Gain

Technical Growth: Experience with production environments, engineering standards, and real feature development.

Real Project Experience: Active participation in sprint planning, standups, pull-request reviews, and demos with engineering teams.

Collaboration Skills: Daily teamwork with developers, designers, and managers helps strengthen communication, critical thinking, and technical English ability.

Career Opportunities: High-performing rookies may be considered for full-time engineering roles.
