KỸ SƯ BACKEND DEVELOPER (SOFTWARE) FULL-TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Backend Development & Microservices

- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices with Kubernetes (k8s).

- Build backend services using NodeJS (MERN Stack) and Golang (gin/echo).

- Enhance system performance and scalability.

2. Technology & Architecture

- Work with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

- Deploy applications on cloud platforms.

- Integrate AI/ML solutions into the system.

- Proficient in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

3. DevOps & CI/CD

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.

- Apply best practices in DevOps.

- Monitor and optimize the development workflow.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Technical Experience

- At least 3+ years of experience in backend development with Golang and NodeJS.

- Strong experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices with Kubernetes (k8s).

- Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Have experience vibe and spec-driven coding with AI Agent

2. Technical Skills

- In-depth understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

- Proficient in Git and source code management tools.

- Ability to apply AI in enhancing development speed and quality.

3. Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective teamwork and collaboration.

- Proactive in learning new technologies.

- High sense of responsibility and passion for software development.
