MIDDLE DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS ENGINEER (MIDDLE DEVOPS)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Operate Linux servers, monitor and optimize system performance.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and GitOps.
Manage Kubernetes Cluster (self-hosted), volumes, ingress, and Helm.
Automate workflows using Garden, Terraform, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
Administer storage systems (S3) and monitor systems with Prometheus/Grafana.
Manage users, permissions, and system security.
Ensure data safety and perform backup/restore operations.
Collaborate with the development team to build staging, testing, and production environments.
Support CI/CD operations, system monitoring, and incident response 24/7 (when required).
Understand concepts of Private Cloud (Proxmox, OpenNebula, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of experience in DevOps or System Administration.
Ability to code and build applications using Node.js, Vue.js, and Python.
Proficient in Linux operating systems (Ubuntu/CentOS).
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and firewalls.
Experience with containers and orchestrators: Docker, Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience in building CI/CD pipelines and managing GitLab or Jenkins.
Proficient in at least one scripting language: Bash or Python.
Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, etc.).
Experience in implementing HA systems, Load Balancing, Backup & Recovery.
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills for network and system issues.
Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently or in a team.
