JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Mobile Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. This role involves working with both native and cross-platform technologies to build reliable mobile products for iOS and Android, while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams. Depending on experience, the candidate may also contribute to technical decision-making and team development practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mobile Application Development

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following engineering best practices.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and consistent user interfaces.
Ensure feature consistency and a high level of usability across platforms.

2. Native & Cross-platform Development

Develop mobile applications using Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
Participate in building cross-platform applications using Flutter or React Native when required.
Contribute to maintaining shared components and reusable modules across mobile platforms.
Apply modern mobile architecture patterns and best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability.

3. Integration & Collaboration

Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Work closely with backend developers to ensure smooth and efficient API integration.
Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support testing, deployment, and release processes.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions to enhance team productivity and code quality.

4. Other Responsibilities

Participate in technical discussions and propose ideas to improve mobile architecture and development practices.
Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and company development processes.
Support knowledge sharing within the team and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
Proven experience in native mobile development using Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
Experience with Flutter or React Native is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVC, MVP, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Depending on experience, the ability to contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and mentoring is highly valued.
Understanding of performance optimization and mobile security best practices.
Experience with system design and working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Good English communication skills to work effectively in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on large-scale or high-security applications, such as those in fintech, banking, or government domains.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile application deployment processes to the App Store and Google Play.
Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to enhance development productivity is a plus.
