JOB DESCRIPTIONS:



1. Operational

-   Provide training and coaching to all Trade Marketing/ Distribution staffs to ensure the objectives of the process are fully realized.

-   Identify needs, implement and facilitate solutions in providing reports to support continuously improving business performance.

-   Ensure TM&D systems and databases are accurate and comprehensive to meet the needs and priorities of the individual trade channels and areas, adapted for local requirements and ensure the accurate collection of physical data.

-   Ensure the continuing integrity of TM&D systems and databases.

2. Leadership

-   Ensure that Trade Marketing & Distribution Team is well trained execution process effectively.

-   Provide training for sub co-ordinators to ensure them understanding thoroughly about TM&D Systems and Databases.

3. Management

-   Ensure implementation and continuous evaluation of TM&D systems to make appropriate value adding for business processes of Region.

-   Assist Management in monitoring merchandising in market, to ensure all merchandising are being used in right propose and right place.

-   Constantly review the process and procedure in merchandising and cycle plan to enhance implementation process of cycle and merchandising plan.

-   Manage Trade Marketing Information Team in Region by assign job and monitoring to ensure all reports are accurate, coherent and deliver on time.

4. Relationships

-   Establish close working relationship with both Trade Marketing Team and Distribution Team to ensure all projects deliver objectives and all reports are submitted on time with high effectiveness.

-   Establish close working relationship with other members of team to ensure that they are well understood of key strategy and all the reports in Region.

-   Establish close relationship with Management Team in Region to ensure that they are well informed of market information and other TM&D systems and databases (RCS, SWIFT, BO…)

5. Innovation

-   Drive innovations in all report processes to reduce paper work for field force, thence, reduce workload.

-   Gather fieldwork team in monthly basic to take feedback about suitability of report form, processes … to

ensure these are most effective and convenient.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


-  The incumbent must be familiar with data retrieval & analysis

-  Generally, background should be accounting or IT, with excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

-  Experience as data controller is an advantage

-  Sales knowledge is preferred

-  Intermediate English, team player, detail orientation, good communication skills, strong drive for results & data quality
