JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

-  Supporting senior business development leaders in executing deals; including M&A, debt and capital raising transactions

-  Gathering, analyzing and interpreting complicated financial information about companies and industries

-  Creating and updating financial models to predict financial risks and returns

-  Drafting presentations and memoranda for debt providers

-  Assisting in the due diligence and closing process of all transactions

-  Working closely with investors and business partners at senior levels

-  Monitoring how the latest macro-economic trends and Company’s developments will influence the investment’s holding value

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

-  Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics

-  Three to five years of experience in finance, debt valuation, deal execution, financial modelling, legal and financial due diligence, sectorial research support

-  Strong analytical, numerical skills and confidence with financial data

-  A proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities

-  Results-driven and perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines

-  Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively

-  Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese

-  Superior computer skills including Bloomberg, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

-  Commitment to excellence in daily work

-  High professional and ethical standards
