JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Business Intelligence
-  Create more fact table/ dimensions to best track company performance.

-  Make sure data in dataware house accurate.

-  Define KPIs, metrics to measure performance of business units.

-  Create useful, insightful, actionable and auto-refreshed reports on SharePoint.

-  Proactively generate ideas and have improvement for data warehouse.

-  Predict problems and proactively suggest solution on problems found. 

KPIs/ Company Performance Measurement

-  Do data processing to support analysis

-  Give ideas, suggestion for the sale process of Saleforce/CRM on data analysis side.

-  Design models and do analysis on metrics to support decision-making about company's strategy.

-  Give valuable insight, actionable recommendation for the reports and analysis." 

New Business Measurement:

-  Do market, economics research to support new business ideas.

-  Report and analyze on new business performance.

-  Give valuable insight, actionable recommendation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

-  Around 1 years of experience in reporting and analysis field (Fresh with Logic thinking are prefer)

-  University degree in Finance/Accounting/ Business Intelligence Analyse, or related majors

-  Good understanding of accounting and financial principle

-  Good at MS Office, especially excellent at Excel 

-  Know to use Power Pivot is the plus 

-  Good at English 

-  Careful, logical thinking, detail-focused
