Responsibilities:

• Setup & manage app installs/app engagement campaigns including Google UAC, Facebook MAIA, Facebook MAEA and 3rd-party app channels.

• Manage budget, bids, campaigns, creatives and landing pages.

• Run A/B testing to continuously improve current practices.

• Analyze and detect new fraud install partners on a daily basis.

• Work closely with account team to plan new initiatives and prepare reports for clients.

• Work closely with BI team to build data model and reporting platform for clients.

• Analyze and optimize key metrics and prepare daily reports on all paid channels.

• Establishing strong relationships with app partners, and actively searching high quality app acquisition sources.

• Ensuring that country KPI targets are met.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in performance marketing.

• Outstanding project management experience.

   

• Problem-solving mindset is a must.

• Results-oriented mind-set and ability to work independently.

• Have experiences in app fraud detection and prevention will be a big plug.

• Strong experience in using Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer).

• Highly self-motivated and proactive, can-do attitude.

• Ecommerce experience preferred.

• Ability and desire to work with big-data & numbers. Strong Excel skills (SQL, Python, Power Pivot will be a big plus).

• Fluent English in writing and communication.
