Join the Misfit Customer Service Team and serve Misfit’s customers and partners by answering questions, addressing concerns, and cheering them on. You'll be trained on and working with some of the most cutting edge wearable and ambient consumer technology products that the world has yet to experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Be on the look out for ways to use to improve efficiency and quality of customer service;
Monitor and quickly respond to customer service inquiries no matter where they originate including: in person, website, app, email, and social media;
Recruit, train, and develop Customer Service Associates both in Vietnam and the US.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Genuine desire to see customers happy;
Maniacal but thoughtful bent towards efficiency;
Good at extracting patterns from a lot of information (e.g., seeing common threads in large sets of tickets);
Good verbal and written skills, great at explaining complex concepts;
As with most start-ups, a high degree of detail orientation, autonomy, and reliability;
As with all Misfits, a humble spirit who can laugh at themselves and would rather admit fault rather than point fingers;
For associates to be based in Vietnam: native or near-native English and strong Western cultural knowledge.
