Purpose:

The Digital Trainee assists Digital Manager in project management.

Qualifications:

• Willing to learn;
• Excellent in communication and negotiation skills;
• Must have a dynamic personality and strong interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical and decision making skills;
• Able to plan and organize;
• Able to work independently as well as team work;
• Able to work under high pressure with tight schedule;
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and seeking information for projects;
• Close cooperation with internal teams;
• Establish a good rapport with project support teams;
• Coordinate with internal departments to make sure projects run smoothly;
• Ensure agency compliance to client strategies;
• Other tasks required by Digital Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and a passion for his/her clients’ industry, business, consumer and brands;
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to implement projects;
• Commit himself/ herself and team to the highest standards for all agency work.
