Dancenter (DC) is looking for a capable person to fill the position of Customer Service Representative with detailed job description as below:

1. Working Hours:

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week);

Monday to Friday: 8:30-12:00 & 14:00-18:30.

2.  Responsibilities:

(i) Greeting and Information

Greet and provide information to guests/students at front desk (face to face, on phone, or via email communication), in a friendly and professional manner;

Have a thorough understanding of all services on offer by Dancenter to be able to provide accurate and helpful information to guests/students;

Record and react to all information received accurately in a time-effective manner;

Perform other front desk tasks.

(ii) Class Registration    & Management

Take registration for classes and workshops using forms provided;

Record, file and manage information accurately;

Assist teachers and management in class related activities.

(iii) Shop sales

Assist interested customers and manage shop sales.

(iv) Show assistance

Provide assistance during shows.

(v) Others:

Perform other front-desk related tasks as assigned (i.e. translation, drafting documents etc.).      

3. Training        

The successful candidate will receive sufficient training on all tasks to satisfactory level before fully taking charge of all responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

University Graduate in foreign languages, trade, commerce, or marketing;

Fluent in English all skills (reading, understanding, writing, and speaking);

Good computer skills (word, excel, power point presentation);

Good attention to details and ability to work both independently and as a team member;

Personable & communicative;

This is an entry-level job ideal for a fresh graduate. Some previous experience in customers service is appreciated although not necessary. We are looking for a fast learner, hard working, and responsible person.
