The officer will be responsible for:

• First level support and management of dispatching and escalation properly:

- Troubleshooting on networking, telephony, hardware, desktop setup and software, etc;

- Support on security issues like password recovery, Intranet/ application access;

- Provide support on Information System updates.

• Stock management locally and keep hardware tracking updated;
• Implementation and content update of trainings / wikis / FAQ.

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduated from engineering school in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent), you are looking for a career in an international environment;
• You are a fresh graduate with good technical skills or around 1 – 2 years of related experience in IT Support;
• Fluent in English.
