Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Senior Investment Associate, the ideal candidate will have proven competency where they are responsible for assisting the team to provide leadership for expansion projects;
• Assist in analyzing financing and operating performance/ KPIs across hospitals;
• Assist in preparing market intelligence into the Healthcare sector and in conducting market research/ survey to identify market opportunities/ gaps and understand Healthcare legal framework;
• Assist in creating and writing business plans;
• Manage administrative tasks related to on-going projects;
• Support the Head of Investment and/ or others with problems/issues tracking and to ensure timely resolution;
• Proactively communicate with all stakeholders;
• Capture minutes/action items during client and internal status meeting;
• Other jobs as assigned by Head of Investment.

• Strong interpersonal skills, willing to learn;
• Capable in Microsoft Office;
• Embrace change and adopt a "can do" attitude when performing tasks; be solutions oriented. Possess a practical, hands-on attitude;
• Enjoys working in a fast moving environment and can operate independently;
• Feels comfortable in a result driven environment;
• To be a true team player.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates or at last semester in Bachelor/ Master degree, major in accounting/ finance preferably.
