JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

-   Maintain & support UC (used car) dealers to achieve UC target both quantitative & qualitative KPIs;

-   Visit used car dealers; make the used car cycle analysis; and make the action plan to improve it;

-   Organize quarterly UC Sales Contest for dealers and yearly dealer used car conference

-   Observe competition’s activities and make the proposal / analysis to supervisor

-   Analyze/improvement for used car activities via monthly report for DCM/Oversea

-   Handling admin tasks for daily used car sales activities (including Collect & analyze data/ making monthly reports) and tasks for selling MBV cars (including prepare sales contract, payment, delivery etc.)

-   Maintain and developing marketing activities for used car following the CPO standard

-   Support to organizing used car activities at Fascination, Motor Show; manage & develop the sales of MBV co.cars/demo cars and organize monthly UC bidding

-   Monitor & follow up the UC extended warranty report with QBE partner and propose the ideas to improve it at dealer side

-   Propose ideas/suggestion to improve/implement & other issues regarding used car business activities to supervisors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-   University degree or equivalent
-   2-3 years of experience in related field; have experience in automobile sales focus on Used car business is a plus
-   Good knowledge of the automotive industry / sales, interpersonal skills, high team-work spirit
-   Good command English and PC
-   Be confident & able to work independently
-   Willing to travel
