JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

This position is notifying customers about shipment arrival, consulting about clearance process

-   Sending Arrival Notice to customers for import shipments

-   Checking and sending freight charge whenever customers require

-   Following up with customers and remind them for quick feedback on clearance method

-   Answering phone calls and consultant customers on customs clearance process

-   Working with co-workers in BC team and other Depts. in UPS to expedite clearance and delivery process

-   Doing daily/ weekly report

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-   College or university graduation, major in International Business

-   Experience in customs clearance process, especially in trading shipments

-   Good English & good communication skill

-   Careful, can work under high pressure, having problem solving skill

-   Good teamwork

-   Good in computer science (Excel, Word, Power point…)

-   Expert in VNACCS declaration

-   Have knowledge in Custom Law & Regulations

-   Have customer- focused mindset

-   Data process & paperworks.
