JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Navigos Group (including VietnamWorks & Navigos Search) is looking for a young & dynamic IT guy to become our IT Support Engineer.

The job holder of this position is in charge of daily supporting end user to trouble shoot common problem and corporate with other members in IT Team to operate network and IT system for the whole company. 

As an IT Support Engineer, you will spend your ideal day to: 

-   Install, configure PC for users in Navigos Group offices 

-   Provide help-desk and support end users for PC, printer, connectivity, email, and applications

-   Support team about system & network operation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-   Graduated with major in IT

-   Have basic knowledge about hardware, OS, antivirus and software

-   Know about networking and system 

-   Possess good communication skills 

-   Have supportive mindset and result-oriented
