We have been in emerging Social Network domain since 2008 with 1,000+ social projects completed, 500+ products. Our social network extensions have been used by more than 10,000 social networks in the world.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Work on product team to develop new products on social network platforms:
-   Estimate the working time 

-   Analyze feature list, have to research the product trends and products from other competitors

-   Draw mock-up for the product

-   Draw some diagram (workflow diagram, state chart, use case diagram, etc) if need 

-   Work closely with designer to finalize the mock-up and design

-   Work closely with development team to transfer ideas, get feedback of other members

-   Review the product before release

-   Prepare some materials for product before release: posting, blog, announcement, take screenshots, FAQs

-   Support tickets to answer customers about product’s requirement if need 

2. Work on customization team to finish projects based on requirements from our customers
-   Discuss with client to gather the requirements

-   Break requirements into phases, discuss with PM to have the plan for project

-   Write feature list, draw mock up if need

-   Create specification

-   Work closely with developer to transfer ideas, get feedback of other members

-   Work closely with clients to get new requirements if any

-   Assist PM on requirement sign off process

3. Lead the BA team 
-   Training and coaching new members

-   Receive BA plans from Product Managers and set priority for all products

-   Assign tasks to team members, review the results 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-   At least 02 years experience with BA role in enterprise environment such as: ERP, SAP 

-   English: Fluent English to be able to communicate directly with customers

-   Obtaining IT knowledge-base

-   Have knowledge about social network (such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter)

-   General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest to understand a broad range of business models and needs

-   Have a proactive, can do attitude

-   Soft skill: communication, logical thinking, analytical, problem solving, decision-making, negotiation and persuasion skill

-   Experience on leading a BA team is a plus
