JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Defining and managing the roadmap to Vietjet social media channels success in growth and engagement
- Generate, edit, publish engaging daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take positive action.
- Moderate user-generated content for communities
- Engage social media communities both online and offline
- Continuously improve efforts by capturing, reporting and analyzing social metrics and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate campaigns/projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience using Facebook, Twitter, blogs, Instagram and Linkedin or YouTube for a business or organization to support social media campaigns that engage audience members
- Strong computer and technology skills and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Ability to positively influence people’s behaviors through social media by means of storytelling and content creation
- Deep understanding of social media landscape in the Viet Nam & Asia and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Demonstrate social media analytics tools knowledge
- Excellent written, visual and oral communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Identify potential crisis situations and apply issue resolution techniques online to diminish issues
- Proven work experience in social media marketing and/or maintaining a high quality blog
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking
- An ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment.
- Passion for travel a big plus
