JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

-   Support internal communications locally

-   Execute local internal communications activities 

-   Co-ordination and proof-reading of information from Sales Office and Head Office 

-   Disseminate information to the stores via the correct channels 

-   Develop and maintain good collaboration with local HR department on internal information and education activities 

-   Responsible for local edition of H&M Wallpaper 

-   Support PR Manager in building & maintaining relationships with media, celebrities, influencers 

-   In charge of local media monitoring and analysis 

-   Assist & follow-up with local press activities including pitching, follow-up, press events 

-   Compile follow-up reports of events/campaigns 

-   Spokesperson if required (PR Manager should always coordinate and be involved in interviews) 

-   In charge of tracking new media outlets and establishing new relationships to promote the H&M brand 

-   In charge of samples handling and garment loan in coordination with store 

-   Assist and support PR events, work closely with PR Manager & agencies to ensure smooth implementation

-   Assist PR Manager in tracking editorial calendars/themes for media to secure placements of stories within key fashion media 

-   Propose ideas and activities to promote the H&M brand 

-   Work closely with PR Manager to ensure that press campaigns and activities are executed in line with global media policy and guidelines 

-   Work closely with MKT, merchandising, visual department to ensure that press campaigns and activities are in line with local sales team
