JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Support the recruitment process (from the job posting, coordination of test/interview arrangement ...). Coordinate and join in recruitment events: Career day, job fair, seminars, campus recruitment …)
- Maintain and update the recruitment record database & filing system in timely and accurate way
- Prepare and process procedures to obtain work permits, visa and residence permits; and provide relocation assistance for expatriates
- Assist pre-boarding & on-boarding procedures for newcomers
- Provide administrative support to the HC team including preparing agendas, scheduling meetings, sending invitations, consolidating presentations, attending meetings and taking minutes, travel booking & prepare expense reports of related activities for approval and payment.
- Perform other tasks assigned by HC Director & HC Manager as required.
- Protect the organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related majors
- Related experience in a relevant position at a multi-national company
- Strong client-service mind-set
- Pleasant and mature attitude
- Hard working, able to work under high pressure
- Able to adjust to different work environments
- Able to deal with different persons in daily work and build good relationships with people across the firm
- Understand and commit to confidentiality
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to follow HR processes and procedures
- Excellent English and Vietnamese language skills (speaking, writing and listening)
- Professional telephone manner
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of the Vietnamese Labour Code
