JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

-   Assist in planning, implementing and controlling all advertising activities including TV, press, magazine, outdoor, yellow page directory, poster, and other media

-   Assist in planning and budgeting of general advertising

-   Assist in preparing annual A & P budget

-   Organise and implement internal and external promotional strategies to support product and service developments and contribute to financial targets

-   Ensure consistency of deployment of company’s brand identity

-   Propose suitable advertising media and promotional ideas for all marketing campaigns, ensure implementation if accepted

-   Develop, maintain and update corporate, sales and POS materials to ensure they are customer-friendly and informative

-   Co-ordinate with advertising and media agencies to ensure all the general advertising activities are on schedule

-   Perform quality assurance checks on deliverables from the agencies and request for re-work where necessary or highlight the issue to the Communications Manager

-   Check the agencies' bills to prevent over billing

-   Co-ordinate with direct marketing agency to develop direct marketing programs

-   Source, purchase, distribute gift items and control inventory.

-   Liaise for production of collaterals, brief agency on marketing campaign and objectives to achieve objectives together

-   Conduct regular meetings for status update of projects

-   Brief other departments of the Direct Marketing and Sales Programs before launch

-   Monitor progress of the communication programs

-   Prepare evaluation of the program results

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-   1-2 years experience in a related capacity

-   Digital & Communication background (preferable)

-   Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing

-   Statistical analysis

-   Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

-   Advanced English skills
