JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Accountable for Business training operations under the assigned category
- Making TNA for distributors
- Deliver business training to distributors according to master plan
- Consult distributors’ queries and complaints regarding business plans & policies
- Collect information and generate training reports for assigned regions and category.
- Prepare and make training supporting material ready for trainees
Support in contractual trainers recruitment and management
- Short-list qualified contractual trainers
- Conduct “Train the Trainers” for contractual trainers according to designed training plan
- Monitor and feedback to Up-line about their performance
- Regularly contact part-time trainers for agreement on training schedule.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- At least 1-year experience in the same position. Experienced with Direct Selling, FMCG or Insurance is preferred
Specific Knowledge, Skills and other Competencies
- Good at communication & presentation skills.
- Good command of spoken & written forms in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good customer focus & relationship management.
- Well organized, result oriented and able to work under high pressure.
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity.
- Ability & willing to travel frequently
