JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

-  Interact with business functions (Agency/Partnership Distribution, Product, Operations, Customer service) and understand key drivers and points of friction for customers and business owners

-  Develop insights that support business growth at different areas

-  Develop propensity models to improve business effectiveness.

-  Be proactive in identifying improvements in campaigns and/or business processes. 

-  Interact with 3rd party analytics experts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-  Min 2 years of experience in data management and data handling to support analytical initiatives. The job requires big volume data crunching and capability to see the patterns and trends…

-  Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)

-  Analytical thinking

-  Excellent communication skills

-  Familiarity with one of the programming language: R/Python is preferred
