JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Job Responsibilities:

-  Build initiative, plan and design the strategic plan for building PVA’s culture, employee engagement & employer branding.

-  Work with Line Managers and relevant internal & external partner to design, deploy, and evaluate effective and efficient engagement surveys

-  Create mechanisms for internal and external evaluation of community engagement initiatives; evaluate external partners on delivery to ensure high quality of all programs.

-  Undertake research into best practice and maintain a sound working knowledge of HR Communication & Community Engagement, and be recognised as an advisor by our internal & external customers.

-  Work closely with HRBPs to define the needs in engagement plan for each department, facilitate and monitor to ensure the effectiveness of these plans.

-  Other:
+  Support internal and external engagement events/activities.
+  Prepare and manage budgets
+  Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Key Accountabilities:

-  Monitor and ensure high quality and timeline of all Employee Engagement & Employer Branding plan

-  Maintain close working relationship with other departments and HR teams for required information

-  Ensure all related tasks are implemented timely & in full.

-  Work with relevant departments and external partners in each area to ensure smooth and effective cooperation.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

 

-  University graduated with minimum of 2 years relevant HR work experience.

-  Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to engage and build relationships with a range of stakeholders

-  Strong organizational, analytical and planning skills

-  Familiarity with marketing and event management. Have sense of marketing, creative 

-  Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the post holder to influence at all levels and to work effectively as part of a team

-  Computer literacy enabling the effective use of the Microsoft suite of packages.
