JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

-  Manage the launch and post-launch implementation with new partners.

-  Facilitate and co-ordinate the expansion of distribution with the bank partners, create and develop new sales channel and other cross-selling opportunities.

-  Lead and manage the launch of Corporate Customer model with bank partners.

-  Manage the sales activation activities which includes Group Presentation (GP), sales meeting and conference and all forms of activations. 

-  Lead the organization and conduct of financial, product awareness and brand building seminars, presentations, etc. working closely with the Marketing department and executing directly, through agency force or own sales team

-  Co-ordinate the development and delivery of sales systems and processes and support business planning as required

-  Work closely with the Product, Marketing, IT to develop and implement product changes as necessary

-  Manage the internal communication to the sales team and related functions and external communication to bank partners.

-  Manage the preparation and rationale of meeting framework and monthly meeting presentations including kick off event, roadshow, sales team monthly meeting, monthly steering committee and working committee meeting.

-  Create, manage and enforce internal systems such Lead Tracking System, Department Facebook page, SMS system, Training Tracker and Feedback System as well as processes, and best practices to maximize efficiency/effectiveness of department and sales workflows.

-  Work with internal IT team and vendors to ensure timely system enhancement and proper implementation.

-  Lead the project team of implementing exclusivity partnership and run ad-hoc campaign with bank partners.

-  Manage the launch and implementation of the initiatives in the department.

-  Monitor and report the effectiveness of the undertaken activation program.

-  To be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

-  Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Project Management

-  At least 3 years of experiences in implementation of the events, road show, functions and brand communication programs 

-  Having experience in Life Insurance is an advantage

-  Strong project management skill and ability to lead a cross-functional project team

-  Good organizational skill, good leadership skill, and well interpersonal

-  Well discipline, good time management, flexible, creative thinking, human management skill, good reporting skill, good personality and having good communication skill. 

-  Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving skills

-  Good in English

-  Computer proficiency: MS. Office. Candidate with ability to use Project Management tools is preferred

-  Ability to work within a team, handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines. Willing to work under pressure and overtime
