Vietnam operation

The Ho Chi Minh City Teaching Centre (TC) has identified ambitious expansion plans for the coming years. In line with these plans, the HR and Operations team will support the business growth via teacher recruitment for the new branches, providing them with excellent HR services on induction, training, paperwork, scheduling teachers efficiently to maximise the skills as well as the teacher utilization.

HR and Operations Executive, Ho Chi Minh City Teaching Centre (VIE-1488)  

*Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will need to:

  • ensure a high quality of HR services to teaching staff as well as to maintain smooth daily teaching operations
  • provide HR and operations support to the Teaching Centre (TC) in order to deliver business and impact targets, and support sustainable growth
  • carry out HR coordination activities under the guidance of Country HR Manager and TC HR/Operations Manager, primarily with the aim of ensuring accurate, on time and adequate arrangement for TC personnel of the centres.
  • carry out tasks related to TC operations in order to ensure teaching operations run effectively.

Examples of your day-to-day work will include:

  • Following up with recruitment team on the offering process, and coordinate the communication with new teachers, including but not limited to welcome letter/email, guidance on pre-arrival tasks, guidance on work permit and visa application documents, collection of documents for work permit/visa purpose, hotel and pickup arrangement
  • Coordinating arrangement of teacher performance including the collection of review reports, preparation of consolidated reports for moderation panels, the arrangement of moderation meetings and issuance of final reports, filing all the teacher performance documents. Arrangements made follow the deadline required for the performance cycle.
  • Managing arrangement of departure flights, support of baggage transfer and communication of general arrangement for leaving teachers. Assist with budgeting and monitoring of costs
