WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Ensure Vietnam’s server and desktop environment meet with corporate standards established by the head office
- Ensure all Global IT Systems adhere to IT Security Best Practices
- Proactively monitor systems enterprise-wide
- Support and administer network infrastructure, including hardware, software and configurations.
- Plan, implement and maintain network security measures in order to protect data, software and hardware.
- Work with stakeholders to document business requirements
- Document solution technical requirements
- Work with IT Leadership on operational excellence in terms of improved policies and procedures
- Ensure that network documentation remains up to date
- Work with IT Leadership on project planning, budgets and setting team objectives
- Remain current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Provide advanced technical support as needed to team members
- Act as a mentor for local junior IT Analyst
- Ensure Help Desk cases/tickets are resolved in a timely manner
- Act as senior technical contact for system diagnostics, failures and root cause analysis
- Be available for On Call emergency work and planned project work after-hours

WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT

• 3 or more years’ experience as an Enterprise Windows Systems Administrator
• Experience troubleshooting network LAN issues
• Experience configuring and managing network routers, switches and firewalls
• 3 or more years’ experience running VMWARE Virtualized Environments
• Experience working in Enterprise SAN Environments from vendors like NetApp, EMC and IBM. NetApp cdot experience considered an asset
• Experience as an IT Technical Project Manager
• Extensive patch management experience, in particular for Windows servers and VMWARE Hosts
• Experience with F5 Appliances considered an asset
• Experience with Solarwinds Monitoring Tools considered an asset
• Experience with application security planning for popular Microsoft Apps like Lync, SQL, Exchange and SharePoint considered an asset
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills

University

• University degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred, or at least 5 years’ experience in field
• Cisco or other network-related certifications desirable
• Microsoft Enterprise certification are encouraged
