Description:

  • Take lead in managing PDS database/ system in the country;

  • Ensure the roles of HR & HRO supports coordinated smoothly & effectively;

  • Ensure the incentive calculation/ administration managed & completed timely;

  • 25%: Relationship Management:

    • Work directly with managers to review and provide consultation on PDSs. Gain trust through strong communication and listening skills.  Using deep knowledge of the Global Job Catalog (GJC) and other businesses and functions, provide solutions and support to properly document the position content;

    • Build and sustain quality working relationships with Recruiting and Compensation teams.  Learn upstream and downstream processes to PDS creation including Recruiting, Position Mapping, and Market Content to build trust and add value with HR colleagues;

    • Collaborate with HR Professionals and other internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the needs of clients and balance when to raise questions to the HR Business Partner.  Gain working understanding of Enterprise and Functional transformations and restructures to identify types of positions coming down the pipeline;

  • 30%: GCM – Non MIP work:

    • Create RemedyForce case based on upcoming calendar pay-out for incentive plan;

    • Collect participant data;

    • Load participant data in technology within time frame of payout;

    • Route participant data for validation;

    • Update participant data, if needed;

    • Enter results in technology or tracking document to determine funding;

    • Review  by another CBS team member/ supervisor;

    • Forward to Manager/ Business for allocation with instructions;

    • Track approvals and update allocations;

    • Create and send communication and timeline per plan;

    • Deliver communication per plan;

    • Close Remedyforce request;

  • 45%: My HR & HRO Support:

    • Support Tier 1 for daily activities by tracking HR queries & work with the Tier 1 team to maintain & increase the service satisfaction, and timely involved HR Ops Lead when there is an issue/ when required;

    • Be a back-up for Tier 1;

    • Handle the HRO tasks in accordance with of scope & roles;

    • Other assignments by HR Operations Lead.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree;

    • Ability to execute processes and HR solutions;

    • 2 or more years of Human Resources/ Business experience;

    • Strong oral communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate, influence, and negotiate with and present to multiple levels of management;

    • Strong written communication skills;

    • Ability to challenge the status quo;

    • Demonstrated willingness and ability to partner, build, and sustain positive working relationships;

    • Able to perform successfully in an ambiguous environment;

    • Professional language proficiency in English, both written and verbal;

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel);

    • Strong analytical abilities and excel skills;

    • Familiarity with compensation systems;

    • Strong written communication skills, including, preparing communications and presentation materials;

    • Solid organizational and prioritization skills;

    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;

  • Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in job documentation;

    • Proven ability to effectively deliver projects and processes Human Resources;

    • Experience consulting with some stakeholder groups (i.e. Business HR, Managers/ Employees);

    • Demonstrated experience participating in change efforts characterized by effective communications and strong partnerships;

    • Strong business acumen;

    • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical level.
