Job description:
You are in the Customer Success team, processing the data transformations necessary to on-boarding new customers with frequent communication with the Swiss teams.
› Understand SecuTix data model, business logic and customer data
› Transform and remodel customer data to Import and export to/from SecuTix in accordance with Business needs
› Have high speed Interactions with our global team in Vietnam and with the sales and on-boarding teams in Switzerland, Spain, France, England.
› Aggregate data to build and maintain custom reports
› Analyze and develop customer reports based on domain or database
› Document your work and participate to process docs and implementation
› Research, diagnose, record, and analyse Customer issues with accurate solutions.
Requirements:
› Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
› Strong experience with SQL/PLSQL (advanced level), Oracle, SSRS, Report Builder, Excel, Analysis skills, Testing skills
› Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues
› Excellent communication skills and flexibility
› Detail oriented, Organized, Social, Curious, Accurate
Strong plus
› Come from a developer background
› Fluent French or German is a nice to have
