- Review business requirements working with team members.
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements.
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design.
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision.
- Work with the other partners to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround.
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use.
- Develop and maintain mobile related application on iOS.
- Active participation in customer/partner design meetings and general engagements.
- Ensure on time, on budget, and the quality of the product.

Hard Skills
Required:
- 4 or more years of native iOS mobile application development, with at least 3 applications published in the app store.
- Good background in Swift, Objective-C.
- Experience with CocoaPods and third-party frameworks such as AFNetworking .
- Expertise in using both storyboards and xibs along with UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Autolayout, and size classes.
- Demonstrable experience in calling restful APIs to sync phone data with a server.
- Experience with CoreData.
- Leading project teams of mobile app developers focused on building our iOS offerings, including mentoring, architecting, project management, breaking features into stories and follow through.
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience working on a SCRUM team.
- Unit testing of iOS applications.
- Experience working with Xcode Server and creating a continuous integration environment.
- A strong passion for iOS Development and keeping up to date on new platform developments.
Bonus Points For
- Comfortable working with ARC and non-ARC code.
- Android development experience.
