Your Role
Sentifi deals with Big Data, much of which is unstructured and comes from online newspapers, micro-blogging and social platforms in various forms with a financial based focus. Within this role you will work closely with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to create business requirements for how data is to be classified and for actionable analytics that are both used within all of our products. You will work with various teams including Product, Software Engineering, Marketing to ensure requirements are understood and in line with the business goals, project plans are formed and executed upon and own the end result. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
● Captures business requirements for new products and enhancements to existing products.
● Documents use cases and works with squads to implement requirements.
● Engages with 3rd party suppliers to research, compare and contrast product feature sets offered to make informed business recommendations.
● Organises and Synthesises information supplied by stakeholders and manages key relationships.
● Designs and facilitates workshops, interviews and meetings with business stakeholders and their delegates to understand, capture and document existing business process and desired changes, using standard process modelling techniques to create the ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ picture
● Defines project documentation with minimal supervision (business case, requirements documents, current state, future state documentation, gap analysis, process maps, use cases, test cases), reviews documentation with stakeholders and obtains necessary sign off
● Provides accurate effort estimates for analysis tasks and once agreed complete these functions in a timely manner to contribute to the wider resource plan.
● Lead project teams on an as needed basis to ensure the execution of project plans
● Captures and analyses current state processes, models target processes and gaps.
