Position Title : Business/Tech. Analyst

Department : IT

Reports to : IT lead

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

To provide onsite support Applications in MSD Vietnam

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate maintain CRM data
Work with Regional IT and local SFE team to support CRM
Provide onsite support in MSD VN

Qualification:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, database; specifically Excel
Strong customer and results orientation
Knowledgeable in SQL language, Sharepoint, CRM application and BI will be an advantage.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

University degree in IT or IS
Good in verbal and written communication in English
Service mindset and can work within tight timeline
Ability to work effectively with customers, support groups and technical staff
