The Job

Our development team consists of Product Manager, Developer and Coach where Developer focus on implementing business requirements as well as develop our technologies stack.
Developers will work on many different part of the products as well as our internal tools
Developers will be trained to understand modern development process as well as advanced system thinking
As an early member of the team you’ll be trained and to lead our future projects, you’ll have great experience on how to build products the right way.

Hiring Process:

You’ll be invited to one online coding exercise and one on-site interview with us
Our trial period is 2 months

Your Skills and Experience

At least 1 year working experience or Fresher are welcomed too.
Proficient at at least one programming language. We use primary Java so if your programming language is not Java, you’ll need to be willing to learn
Communication and teamwork skills
Our proprietary technologies stack is large so you’ll need to be a fast learner
Good to have: experience with Google App Engine, NoSQL, GWT, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap, experience building large and complex enterprise applications
Courageous: we rely heavily on innovation to leverage our development efforts so you’ll need to have enough courage to do new things and tackle the impossible
