Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Optimize recruiting database system, integrate and combine these separated data into only one source.
• Improve current database dashboard and reports.
• Support HR team with recruiting activities and induction process for new employees.
• Assist with daily HR admin and documentation tasks, operating procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Participate in human resources related projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE NEED:

• Commit to a 6-month internship with 40 working-hours/ week.
• Strong sense about database management
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data program.
• A high degree of detail orientation, autonomy, and reliability.
• Tech savvy and inquisitive mind for hi-tech products is a plus.
