1. Job Description
- Assist TA in CIC/Blacklist check for all successful employee
- Direct contact and deliver instruction for full on boarding document to new hire
- Check & collect all new hire’s document to make sure all of employee data are input accurately and on time in HRIS
- Coordinate to Admin/IT & Departments for preparing facilities for new hires
- Manage and update the employee’s information in 2 months of probation.
- Coordinate to other departments in HR (C&B and L&D) to register benefits (AON, SI,HI) and training orientation to new hires
- Follow up and collect al of new hires’ profiles during probation period and deliver full employee profiles to C&B after passing probationary period
- Input candidate’s profiles from TA to ensure all of profiles are well-stored and updated on daily basis.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team to update hiring process for weekly Hiring Report
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager to ad hoc report about Recruitment metrics (hiring speed, recruiter efficiency)
- Support non mass talent acquisition in logistics arrangement
- Other tasks assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager
2. Requirements
- BA Degree in a relevant field
- Having 1 year working experience is an advantage
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and planning skills
- Ability to work well with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadline and handle multiple tasks
- Demonstration of analytical and problem solving skills is a plus
