C&B Executive (Fulltime)
1. Job Description
- Prepare HR annual budget, attend selected surveys; and make monthly reconciliation report s on total headcounts and personal expenses to clarify the difference with budget
- Manage bonus system of the company, make sure bonuses are paid on time, accurate & in accordance with the company’s policy and competitive with Vietnam's market
- Recommend & offer salary range for some new-hires, ensure the package is clear, balance external and internal equity.
- Assist to develop various C&B program to ensure enough competitiveness in local market together with Rewards Manager
- Identify and monitor benefits programs to ensure increasing the quality of life for employees and align with market practices
- Support HR team in other assignments as required
2. Requirements
- BA degree in relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in C&B is an advantage
- Experience of C&B salary survey in the last 2 years
- Experience of bonus system management
- Knowledge of new labor regulations and HR practices
- Good level of English proficiency
- Good numeric and analytical skills
- Skilled in verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills
