Position: TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
Report to
- Business Analyst Supervisor
- Technical Specialist Team Leader
Objective
- Report the issues within agreed SLA
- Ensure the deployement of fix/workaround asap
- Reporting of systems related issues
- Follow up and retest fixed issues
- Proposal of improvements/workarounds in CCC daily operations
Key responsibilities
Technical specialist works mostly with application for:
Maintenance task:
- Monitor Application performance.
- Collect user requirements, complaints…
- Propose solution for change requests.
- Manage function privileges, user rights matrix, system configurations…
- Fix bugs.
Testing task:
- Conduct UAT for software release.
- Implement & configure changes.
Experience and expertise
- Bachelor degree in IT major is preferred
- At least 1 year experience in IT Support
- Able to do issue analysis, trouble-shooting to support and resolve incident in applications
- Understand the enterprise IT architecture practices, application integration
- Fluently in English (speaking and writing)
- Advanced skill of Microsoft Office
