Responsibilities:

Design web template
Collaborate with artist designer to create HTML design based on concept design
Collaborate with back-end developers to design backend services
Be a mentor for lower levels

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements

Strong in HTML/CSS
Strong in Javascript, JQuery
Strong in client framework such as AngularJS or ReactJS (preferred)
Strong responsive design with Bootstrap framework
Strong CSS preprocessing framework (SASS/LESS or Stylus)
Understanding graphics and effects algorithms
Knowing graphic framework (EaselJS, p5js ...)
Knowing chart drawing framework
Understanding Photoshop / GIMPs ...
Understanding to use source control (Github/Bitbucket ...)
