AUDIT ASSISTANT – HANOI/HCMC
As annual, we are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, dynamic and talented fresh graduates for the Audit Assistant based in our Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for Audit Assistant who is expected to:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Mazars’ audit approach, methodology & tools
- Perform analytical review of the financial statements and accounts
- Review clients’ accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control
- Conduct audit procedures and collect adequate documentation to support the audit opinion
- Identify accounting and auditing issues, conduct research to solve issues that arise
- Contribute to the preparation and review of audit reports
- Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency
- Establish professional working relationships with clients
- Contribute actively to all activities of the audit department
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidates for the position of Audit Assistant need to fulfill the following criteria:
- Fresh graduates in Finance, Accounting, Auditing;
- Fluent in English;
- Well-organized, honest and highly committed;
- Have problem solving and proactive skills: Be able to suggest practical improvements & recommendations
- Have analytical skills and attentive to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Having the ability to work under high pressure.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – CUSTOMER SERVICES - HCMC
We are seeking for an Office administrator and Customer service undertaking a range of functions to make sure the administration activities and some client related services run smoothly.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for Administrative Officer who is expected to:
- Be responsible for audit report layout and issuance monitoring report update;
- Assist Managers in preparing the audit proposals and audit engagement letters;
- Be responsible for tracking status of engagement letter issuance, billing progress and archiving;
- Monitor audit staff leaves requests;
- Plan and organize actively the audit department activities (periodic trips, birthday parties, etc);
- Prepare annual audit department admin expenditures budget, follow-up actual/budget and make recommendations to management;
- Be responsible for booking and maintaining meeting rooms and their equipment in working condition;
- Track stock of office supplies and stationeries and place orders when necessary;
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Support department and coordinate with management in HR affairs with regards to training, recruitment and performance appraisal processes;
- Register VACPA, VICA learning course for senior staffs; support in doing the report and register these organizational members;
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.);
- Support company’s administration team for other necessary tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidates for the position of Administrative Officer need to fulfill the following criteria:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant major;
- Good command of English (French/Japanese is an advantage);
- Professional attire and presentation;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Good organisation and interpersonal skills; and
- Willing to work overtime in the peak season.
