The Job
In order to meet our current expansion, we are hiring Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Hochiminh offices with the scope of work as below:

Job Responsibilities:
• Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements, designing solutions.
• The BA will be able to run requirements workshops and capture all pertinent information accurately. He/she will then be able to produce all relevant documentation. The successful candidate will be the conduit between our customers and developers during the agile development process.
• As such a good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is required.

Job Duties:
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats;
• Designs new computer solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications and user stories;
• Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications;
• Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures;
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements;
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions;
• Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures;
• Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential;
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Your Skills and Experience
• 3 years+ experience working as a Business Analyst;
• Excellent English is required;
• Experience in development projects with one or all of the followings: Salesforce.com, Mobile Applications or SharePoint;
• Experience in using Agile development methodologies.
