ACCOUNTANT
- Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
o Manage receivable collection;
o Manage invoice against customer agreement;
o Issue invoices to customers timely & accurately;
o Update receipting collection into system;
o Update daily bank / cash transactions report;
o Follow up the overdue outstanding, co-ordinate with marketing department to push customer settle payment;
o Update monthly outstanding report.
- Qualifications and skills
o University/ College degree in accounting field;
o Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office;
o Experience is an advantage but not a must;
o Good command of spoken & written English/Vietnamese is preferable

LINE ACCOUNTANT
- Job Summary
To perform all kinds of internal accounting reports for a shipping company; To work closely with other accountants, other departments, head office and handle day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
o Receiving and processing all invoices, expenses forms and requests for payment;
o Following up revenue and producing weekly / monthly collection report;
o Verifying accounting documents to make sure payment / collection compliant to the principal policy as well as current/applicable tax regulations;
o Verifying calculations and inputting into the Accounting system in an accurate manner;
o Maintaining and reconciling accounting books related to AR-AP and ensuring that reconciliation is completed on a monthly basis;
o Verifying vessel documents to make sure all are sufficient, compliant to Vietnamese law;
o Ensuring all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner;
o Preparing order of payment and sending request for approval;
o Co-ordinating and performing the day-to-day activities in accounting department;
o Handling, closely with other departments, any matter related to payments and collections;
o Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by Accounts Manager.
- Qualifications & Skills
o University/ College degree in accounting field;
o Accounting experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics related is advantage but not a must;
o Good command of both speaking and writing English is advantage;
o Be Proficient in office application (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook, etc);
o Organizing, job analysis, problem solving possible;
o Careful, dynamic and ability to hard-working under pressure environment
