JOB DESCRIPTION
- Building annually investment framework and do the monthly financial forecasting for all centrally investment for Distributive Trade and B2B Channel.
• Be responsible to manage the monthly spending of centrally investments within the annual budget and framework approved. Make sure all the investment will be reflected fairly to the Financial Statements and in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards.
• Perform the pre and post-return on investment evaluation for all centrally investments with insights, key learning and actions take forwards with Business team.
• Build up standard analysis decks to tracking the performance of all centralized activities on fields and frequently update to the Customer Development Leadership Team, with insights and actions follow up.
• Play the role as country key user, fully control and maintain the working of Operation Planning Sell Out System (OPSO) which is the tool to planning and control promotion activities.
• Be involving into Net Revenue Management program, focused into Trade Term Spending, included the user accessing control, monthly data tracking and provide both frequently and ad hoc analysis deck preparation to the Customer Development Leadership Team.
• To be involved in related departmental projects
• Consult Business Partners on financial processes, financial control and relevant legacy systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance
• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in multi-national companies (manufacturing preferred)
• Excellent computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications (specially in using Excel, Presentation)
• Having strong analytical skills and good business sense and ability to translate data-driven into business insights.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism
• Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
