Responsibilities
HR Governance
- Ensure Employee P-files are well-managed and archived
- Ensure the Labor Contracts & employee’s related documents are generated on time & well-captured in myHR System & Pfile Storage
System
- Monthly cross check myHR data to ensure the accuracy of company structure & user information.
- Monitor and enhance quality of MyHR Data Integrity & MSS.
- Recommend solutions & enhancements for all HR Systems to support business needs and be responsible for implementation of those developments by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure right maintenance of all HR systems according to HR Processes
- Quarterly review HR System’s accesses rights and get approval from CHRO
- Provide training and guidance to support users at all levels in facilitating and maximizing all functions of myHR system.
- Provide periodic/ ad-hoc reports from myHR system as per requested
- Coordinate with Payroll Team and IT team to implement new Payroll System successfully and timely
- Ensure all Prudential staff fully aware of HR system
- Conduct frequent audit about People process to ensure HR Processes are well-operated.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Good at process and system management
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality
- Be able to work under high pressure & tight deadline
- Good analytical skills preferred
- Willing to learn new things & self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Having HR knowledge or experience in HR systems is added value
