JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for HR administrative activities to support the implementation of HR Projects, including:
- Training Administration & logistics
- Project & Meeting scheduling & arrangement
- Payment Process (Contracts, Vendors, PR, PO…)
- Support to design training material handout, leaflet….
- Data reconciliation
- Support in organizing company events, program.
- Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education requirement: University/College Degree
- Organizational & Logistic management skills
- Good Computer skill
- Planning & time management skills
- Communication skills
- Good spoken & written English
- Basic design on PowerPoint is an advantage
