Management Trainee Job Description:
- Pursue education and training courses on various business and management issues, including business development, sales and marketing, financial management, supply chain management, human resource management, and professional career development
- Undergo job rotations for solid understanding of the company’s services, culture, process and management styles with the utmost objective of building a foundation for management work after the Management Trainee Program
- Be assigned 01 startup project (one type of service in a new geography) and work as a co-founder/co-owner dealing with all issues from strategy to execution
- Planning and executing sales and marketing plans during the first two years after joining, including country research, market research, competitor research, business plans, and marketing campaigns targeted at specific geographies and markets around the world
- Planning and executing partnership and business development plans on a domestic and global scale
- Work closely with heads of department of Viettonkin JSC to receive direct mentorship and support in managing and coordinating client projects and department operations

Requirements
- Commitment (bound by legal agreements) for the whole management traineeship period and a specified working period for Viettonkin after the program.
- Passing all recruitment rounds of the recruitment process
- Fresh graduates and young professionals with 1-2 years of professional experience
- Economics / Law / Accounting / Finance / International Business / Business Management backgrounds in foreign universities preferred
- Candidate must be service-oriented, result-driven, and willing to handle challenging and tough assignments and workload
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and enterprising characteristics
- Have an excellent command of English (4 skills)
- Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking skills
- Displaying leadership qualities through work or extracurricular activities
