Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description:

• Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees, also creating talent pool in the field, especially company’s industry;
• Keeping track status of manpower and plan for recruitment;
• Proceeding and supporting with the identification of potential candidates through interview processing;
• Updating information about recruitment trend, techniques to propose an improvement for the recruiting process;
• Involving other employment branding activities for both internal and external connecting;
• In charge of other admin jobs: job ads writing, data update in HR system;
• Acting as in-house consultant for other departments in manpower issues.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of working experience, with rich sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources of recruiting is a big plus;
• Good knowledge at internal recruitment process;
• Strong at communication and negotiation skills (in both written and verbal), detailed oriented, positive thinking and good at work ethic.

2. Influencers Marketing Associate

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description:

• Develop the plan, implement activities & reporting of MKT campaigns through influencer’s channels, focusing on activities on Social Media;

3. Project Coordinator

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of projects in Cross-function to ensure the projects are going to the right direction;
• Facilitate project missions, goals, tasks and resource management;
• Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline;
• Ensure that the project status, issues or changes made are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders and documented appropriately.

Qualifications:

• 0-2+ years of industry experience with proven business impact; degree in quantitative field preferred;
• Excellent in communication with different stakeholders, have experience in project management or customer service is a plus;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business - both on a macro-level and a micro-level;

4. Account Payable Accountant

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description:

• Making collection receipts from employees and others by cash on hand;
• Following up and managing advances of employees;
• Preparing the payments by cash on hand and bank transfer to suppliers, employees, salaries and others;
• Recording all payments and receipts to the accounting system for both cash and bank transactions;
• Following and in-charging of suppliers' balance to make sure all records are controlled and recorded correctly;
• Prepare month-end cash and bank reconciliation;
• Check and control the AP supplier balance before making the payment;
• Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting;
• Proactive, careful, hard-working and highly responsible;
• Good communication skill, with basic English;
• 1-2-year experience in Accounting.
