JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR ROLE: As a Sales executive, you will be tasked to take orders for the products that we sell by identifying prospects; telephoning and chatting with customers; persuading them to buy our products and then closing the sales.

Using scripts, product knowledge, and communications skills, telemarketer or telesales representatives generate sales and interest.

Engaging with the customer and ask questions that keep the conversation going for the sale from start to finish.

Sales to individuals may require evening and weekend shifts.

YOUR PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES

“As Seen on TV" - Promote our amazing TV products online or via phone to our customers;

Chat online with our web customers or via phone to our phone customers to explain the qualities & benefits of the products they're interested in;

Chat online with our Facebook customers or via phone to our clients when they ask for information about our products;

Close sales online or by telephone;

Upsell extra promotional offers

REQUIREMENT

Sales or promotions experience preferred but not required

Internet and social media savvy;

Excellent typing & computer skills (at least 25 wpm);

Spoken and written  English and Vietnamese (Local Sales);

Motivated, hardworking and a team player;

Aggressive and confident

Willing to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week
