a. Job description:

• Counseling prospective students and parents of study overseas: country/ university/ courses/ entry requirements/ application procedures/ visa application and associated issues
• Contracting students and process application for school admission/ visa application/ accommodation and travel arrangements/ other related issues
• Maintaining relationship/ support to students while they are studying overseas
• Liaising with local and overseas business partners of related issues
• Other duties as assigned by management board

• University or college graduates
• Excellent English and Vietnamese language skills
• Excellent communication- sale- interpersonal skill and team work
• Initiative, independent, strong analytical minded and able to work under pressure
• Strong computer literacy
• Living in Hanoi or HCMC
• Prioritize candidates with experience. Non experience can be trained

2. EDUCATION COUNSELOR/ PTE A TEST ADMINISTRATORS - KHÔNG YÊU CẦU KINH NGHIỆM

a. Job description

• Advise and recruit students for English courses, PTE Academic Test and other languages’ courses
• Plan and execute marketing campaign to promote the PTE Academic Test
• Act as Test Administraion of PTE Academic Test, create Incidents if necessary and deal with requirements from students and Pearson
• Taking part in marketing activities inside and outside of the company to attract more students for company
• Follow up and maintain close and good relationships to students/ parents/ partners
• Other duties assigned by management board

• Computer literacy
• English equivalent to IELTS 6.0, Good spoken and written English

3. MARKETING EXECUTIVE - KHÔNG YÊU CẦU KINH NGHIỆM

a. Job description

• Plan and implement outreach and marketing activities with the set goal to attract new customers for company
• Develop business partnerships with local/ international schools and universities, student associations, English centers… in Vietnam
• Work with partners from Australia, UK, USA, NZ, Canada, Singapore… for marketing activites and budgeting
• Other duties as assigned by manager board

a. Job description

• Write, produce and post high-quality content for Duc Anh’s websites, fanpages, newsletters and other marketing channels.
• Develop and deploy content marketing plans to achieve marketing goalds
• Manage content channels including FB fanpage, website, email and others.
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platfrosm to drive consistent, relevant traffic
• Colloborate with designd and marketing team to deliver engaging content on a regular basis

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Passion for exploring and writing about topics that are unfamiliar, and finding new ways to present familiar topics

5. ENGLISH TEACHER (NATIVE OR LOCAL)

a. Job description

• Teach IELTS/ PTE Academic classes with different level (from 3.0 – 8.0)
• Teach and evaluate students
• Record and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades
• Attend/ host workshop/ teacher meetings or any extra-curricular activities if necessary

 b. Job requirements

• Graduated from University: Major in English or English Pedagogy
• Have TESOL/ TEFL/ CELTA certificate is a plus
• Good pronunciation is a MUST (American or British accent)
• Can work in the mornings, afternoons, evenings and at weekends
• Have experience in preparing students for IELTS/ TOEFL or PTE Academic Examination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be accustomed to IELTS, TOEFL, PTE Academic

6. BOARD OF DIRECTORS ASSISTANT - KHÔNG YÊU CẦU KINH NGHIỆM 

a. Job description

• Take over and perform tasks required by the Board of Directors, include but not limited to:
• Support the working connection between the Board of Directors and other departments in the company, as well as outside partners;
• Organize the company’s working and business schedule;
• Perform tasks relating to overseas student recruitment: manage customer list, record, update and follow up with clients,…;
• Perform tasks relating to marketing: Follow/supervise advertising campaigns organized by the marketing department according to predefined plans and budget, apply for conference permit, order prospectus/standee, manage/organize/prepare for the events;
• Perform tasks relating to English training & testing: support in supervising/following and report the testing center’s activities…
• Perform tasks relating to HR: post recruitment news, resume screening, arrange interview schedule and attend interviews with the Board of Directors when needed,…
• Perform other tasks relating to administration, finance in the office when required
• Daily/ monthly/ quarterly reporting to the Board of Director and when need.

• Working closely with Marketing dept to plan & run events/ promotion campaigns/ other activities to attract students;
• Contracting students and process application for school admission/ visa application/ accommodation and travel arrangements/ other related issues;
• Maintaining relationship/ support to students while they are studying overseas;
• Liasoning with local and overseas business partners of related issues;
• Overseeing the day to day operations of the team;
• Provide leadership and oversight to group of 5-10 counselors to ensure target, guidelines, policies, procedures and timelines are followed.

• Preparing and reviewing reports to management board and other department termly or when required

b. Job requirements

• Must have At least 3 year experience in the role
